This position is subject to pro‐rata compensation every year based on experience.
Job Requirements Create material based on DouYin's (TikTok for China) character and algorithms.
Keep up with the latest social trends.
Exhibit excellent aesthetic and copywriting (caption writing) abilities.
Detect which material is most popular among account followers.
Maintain accounts active.
Build weekly social media strategies for the upcoming week in advance.
Think for oneself and have great time management abilities.
Maintain open lines of contact with coworkers.
Collaborate with the company on promoting current events and promotions.
