Overview Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well‐established and reputable law firm based in Rusholme for a Legal Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, personable, and proactive individual with previous reception or administrative experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while providing essential administrative support to the wider legal team.
Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and telephone enquiries.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing enquiries appropriately.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage fee earner diaries.
Handle incoming and outgoing post, DX, and deliveries.
Support solicitors and legal staff with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Ensure reception and meeting areas are kept tidy and presentable.
About you Previous experience working as a Receptionist, Administrator, or Legal Receptionist.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional telephone manner and strong client care skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy office environment.
Previous experience within a law firm or professional services setting is desirable but not essential.
