Activate-Learning-1 in Guildford is seeking a Construction Industry Placement Lead to create and manage quality placements for students in the construction field. You will establish connections with employers to ensure successful outcomes for learners and facilitate their transition into the workforce.
This full-time role allows for hybrid work arrangements, requiring 37 hours a week across Surrey. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and experience in employer engagement or sales.
