Job description

Internal Communications & Brand Executive (12 Months FTC)
Location: Hybrid working, head office based in Trafford Park, Manchester

At HSS ProService, we've built a smarter way for businesses to get the tools, equipment, and materials they need. Our marketplace connects customers with trusted suppliers quickly and easily, helping them get the job done faster, simpler, and more sustainably.

We're transforming a traditional industry through technology, service, and bold thinking. As we continue to evolve, we're looking for an Internal Communications & Brand Executive to help bring our story to life and create an engaging colleague experience across the business.

The team you'll join
You'll join a collaborative, fast-paced Marketing team that sits at the heart of the business, but also working closely with our People function. We work closely with leaders across differing departments, helping drive engagement, support change, and ensure our colleagues feel connected to our purpose and direction.

This is a team that's always on the pulse of what's happening across the business. We work hard, move quickly, support one another, and deliver initiatives that make a real impact on the colleague experience.

The impact you'll have
As our Internal Communications & Brand Executive, you'll play a key role in shaping how colleagues experience HSS ProService from the inside out.

You'll create engaging communications that translate business priorities into messages that resonate, helping colleagues understand where we're going, why it matters, and how they contribute to our success.

Alongside this, you'll act as a guardian of our internal brand, ensuring we consistently show up in a way that reflects who we are becoming as a technology-led organisation. You'll work closely with senior leaders and teams across the business to bring our strategy, milestones, cultural moments, and employer brand to life.
