Growth Marketing Intern – Digital Consumer Engagement Join our Digital Consumer Engagement Marketing team as a Growth Marketing Intern to support performance marketing, customer engagement initiatives, and cross‐functional growth projects across the LEGO digital ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities Performance Marketing Support: Assist in the execution and optimisation of app acquisition and other performance marketing initiatives across key digital marketing channels.
Agency Collaboration: Support performance reviews with app and affiliate agencies, tracking actions, opportunities and optimisation plans.
Testing & Optimisation: Coordinate performance marketing and App Store Optimisation (ASO) testing activities.
Creative Development: Support the creation of creative assets for marketing activities.
Campaign Coordination: Collaborate across functions to ensure timely campaign delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Reporting & Insights: Monitor campaign performance, gather insights and prepare updates.
Budget & Operations Support: Track marketing budgets, purchase processes and operational activities.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate feedback and requirements from internal teams and external partners.
Eligibility & Requirements Full‐time internship (37.5h/week) based in our London office (minimum 3 days onsite).
18+ years of age with the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.
Currently enrolled in higher education or an equivalent training programme.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Interest in digital marketing, performance marketing and app acquisition.
Comfortable working with data, reporting and performance insights.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Adaptable and positive approach to new challenges.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals or consumer behaviour.
