Overview
Our graduate scheme offers a fantastic opportunity to develop commercial experience in a friendly and rapidly‐growing renewables company. You will gain experience in all aspects of our business, from sales processing to operations and accounts, with a particular focus on technical activities in our operations, software and technical sales divisions.
The post is initially for one year, with the possibility of moving on to a permanent position thereafter.

You are intelligent, friendly, detail‐oriented and eager to take on early responsibility in a growing business. You are ambitious, have a head for figures, strong communication skills, and you want to make a difference in a dynamic industry.

Programme Rotations
Solar Business Development
Engage new customers, use our Easy PV platform to design solar and storage solutions, and help move prospects to loyal customers.
Renewable Heat Team
Learn the technical details of heat pumps, handle customer enquiries, and develop our Heatpunk heat‐pump sizing software.
Software Development Team
Work on our internal systems and our popular PV tools – Easy PV and Heatpunk – tailoring your tasks to your strengths.
Off Grid Systems
Support the design of solar and storage solutions for off‐grid applications and assist the sales and operations teams.

You will also have the chance to spend a month or two at our Dublin subsidiary and at our Glasgow branch.
