Role overview
JD Gyms is an expanding gym chain investing in quality clubs. We are looking for a team member who shares our passion for cleanliness and can balance interacting with members while completing tasks.
Responsibilities
Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.
Ensure the gym facility is of the highest standard of cleanliness.
Adhere to uniform standards and maintain personal grooming.
Always deliver outstanding member service.
Participate in colleague training videos to assist in the delivery of exceptional standards across the group.
Undertake any other reasonable duties.
Skills and Experience
Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
Demonstrable passion for exceeding expectations.
Previous experience in a similar role, with ability to multi task and work unsupervised.
Effective communication skills and approachability to members and other staff.
