Job Description
A key member of the J.P. Morgan Private Bank team of specialists, the Vice President Lending Advisor will help to grow the Funds Finance and Sponsors lending business across EMEA. You will be delivering lending solutions for both the private equity firms (funds finance) and the founders / senior team that manage those firms. Acting as a liaison between the senior Advisors and support functions, you will lead on the execution of various processes, including credit analysis and modelling, risk management, credit reviews, covenant monitoring, liaising with external counsel and drafting execution documents.
Job Responsibilities
Working with clients and assisting on the structure and negotiation of funds finance lending to private equity firms
Partner with team members to understand the needs and deliver sophisticated lending solutions to founders / senior team at private equity firms
Supporting senior Lending Advisors to work on credit leads from prospects and existing clients and assist on credit marketing initiatives across Europe
Work alongside underwriters and Risk teams to manage the credit approval process through to loan execution, drawdown, and post-closing checks
Conduct loan pricing and return on equity analysis for Advisors
Preparing presentations and management information analysis on the loan portfolio of the team
Able to work in a team based environment and assist in the development of team members

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials together with experience in a structured finance, leveraged finance or funds finance environment. Strong analytical and quantitative skills
A team-player with excellent communication skills
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting a range of competing deadlines
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, coding skills would be considered an asset
