JOB PURPOSE
We are hiring an In-Store Visual Merchandiser to bring Burberry's brand vision to life within our retail environment. This role plays a vital part in shaping how our collections are experienced, translating global visual direction into inspiring, commercially effective in-store presentation. Working closely with store leadership and regional partners, you will ensure every visual detail reflects Burberry's creativity, craftsmanship and modern British luxury.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver Burberry's global visual merchandising standards consistently across the store, adapting direction to local context while protecting brand integrity.
Style product stories that elevate customer experience, drive engagement and support commercial performance.
Maintain visual excellence across all areas of the store, ensuring displays are fresh, impactful and meticulously executed.
Partner with store teams to embed visual guidelines and support day-to-day execution on the shop floor.
Support seasonal launches, floor moves and window updates in line with brand calendars and priorities.
Observe customer behaviour and sales trends to inform visual decisions and continuous improvement.
PERSONAL PROFILE
Experience in visual merchandising within a luxury, premium or fashion-led retail environment.
A strong eye for detail, styling and spatial awareness, with a clear understanding of brand storytelling.
Commercially minded, with the ability to balance creativity and performance.
Collaborative and confident working with store leadership and wider retail teams.
Organised and adaptable, able to manage priorities in a fast‐paced trading environment.
Passionate about Burberry, craft and delivering elevated customer experiences.
