Railway Site Safety Controller (COSS) – Weekend Shifts

Job description

Teamforce Labour are looking for experienced COSS operatives to join our team for ongoing weekend shifts in Leeds. Both day and night shifts are available.

Role:
Act as Controller of Site Safety to ensure safe working practices on site
Monitor and enforce compliance with railway safety regulations
Liaise with site teams and other safety personnel to manage risks
Maintain accurate safety logs and records
Requirements:
Valid COSS certification
Proven experience in a COSS role
Strong understanding of railway safety procedures
Ability to work independently and make critical safety decisions
Flexibility to work weekends, including 12-hour shifts (days or nights)
