Here at g2 Recruitment, we are looking for individuals to take ownership of their own 360 pipeline. This will include taking high-performing candidates to high-performing clients throughout the UK and Europe.
We offer uncapped commission, fast tracked progression alongside bespoke training.
Your key responsibilities include-
Owning your own market (no experience needed)
Strategic Sales Targeting
High-performance sourcing
Managing and then closing the individuals you have sourced, managing the full cycle
Collaborating on a high achieving, high energy team – every day
Within our Birmingham office, we operate within UK Government market. With a well-established team wanting to help you grow, we are ready to expand this with you being a part of it.
What we can offer:
Base Salary £25,000
