We have a fantastic opportunity to join the MR PORTER Site Trading Team. The role drives onsite content strategy for both brands, strategically defining key communications themes and content strategies to support revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end strategy, planning and execution of onsite content ensuring a seamless experience that supports brand identity and business goals.

Define and lead digital content strategies for product launches, brand exclusives, key trading moments, and seasonal campaigns.

Ensure content supports the full customer journey—from amplification, inspiration and discovery to consideration and purchase with targeted messaging by region and customer segment.

Partner with UX, Product, and Creative teams to drive innovation, evolve the onsite experience, and champion content design and A/B testing that enhances user engagement.

Champion a 360 degree content approach that integrates creative storytelling with commercial impact.

Lead, with Brand Marketing, the development, planning, and execution of Tier 1 campaigns (Brand + Co-op), brand partnerships, and promotional moments across both brands.

Ensure marketing channel implementation of evergreen marketing activity (e.g. New Name to Know, Exclusives, Mr. P own label)

Lead marketing channel teams with reactionary trade requirements regarding shifts in customer messaging, key product/upload focuses (new or pivot existing)

Build campaign strategies including asset count, phasing, and customer journey mapping, ensuring alignment with overarching business and content objectives.

Oversee the briefing and execution of onsite promotions and sales, factoring in regional nuances, performance goals, and targeting strategies.

Coordinate with Planning Executives and Project Coordinators to ensure timely and consistent campaign rollout and messaging hierarchy.

Own and manage the onsite content calendar feeding into the brand Sales & Marketing Calendar, balancing brand storytelling, seasonal buys, product launches, and commercial priorities.

Serve as the go-to person for aligning content priorities across Marketing, Creative, Buying, and Trading teams.

Provide strategic guidance to ensure content plans are commercially viable and support key KPIs, including CTR, AOV, and CVR.

Align buying strategy with content execution to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused narrative across all touchpoints.

Lead quarterly campaign performance reviews and post-campaign analysis to deliver actionable insights for future planning.

Measure and report on content effectiveness across all key touchpoints, integrating performance data with ecommerce metrics to refine strategies.

Promote a test-and-learn approach, using insights to evolve the content strategy and improve engagement, conversion, and onsite experience.

Lead and develop a team of Content Producers, Content Executives, and Coordinators to deliver high-quality, commercially driven content.

Act as lead stakeholder and key decision-maker in cross-functional planning forums and business alignment meetings.

Collaborate across CRM, Loyalty, SEO, Editorial, Buying, Merchandising, Creative, UX, and Product teams to drive consistency, efficiency, and shared objectives.

Streamline workflows, briefing processes, and CMS operations to improve speed, clarity, and execution quality across all content initiatives.

Person you are looking for

Strong commercial and strategic acumen paired with creative flair

In-depth understanding of the global luxury consumer and retail landscapes across markets

Proven track record of project management (end-to-end) and analytical skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail

Highly computer literate with advanced knowledge of e-commerce environments

Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability and confidence to liaise at all levels

Excellent work ethos, organisational skills, ability to show flexibility and initiative

Experience in training, mentoring and ideally managing

Experience Level: Mid-Senior level
