Are you interested in helping grow digital experiences that connect millions of LEGO fans around the world? Join our Digital Consumer Engagement Marketing team as a Growth Marketing Intern, where you'll gain hands‐on experience supporting performance marketing, and customer engagement initiatives across the LEGO digital ecosystem.

As part of the Growth Marketing team, you'll contribute to performance marketing campaigns, creative experimentation, and cross‐functional growth initiatives that help drive growth across our digital products and communities.

Eligibility Criteria

This internship is full‐time (37.5h/week), based in our London office (minimum 3 days/week on site).

Candidates must be 18+ years of age and have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.

Candidates must be enrolled (at the time of application) in higher education or an equivalent training program/scheme/course.

Core Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Support : Assist in the execution and optimisation of app acquisition and other performance marketing initiatives across key digital marketing channels.

Agency Collaboration : Support ongoing performance reviews with app and affiliate agencies, helping track actions, opportunities and optimisation plans.

Testing & Optimisation : Coordinate performance marketing and App Store Optimisation (ASO) testing activities.

Creative development : Support in the development of creative assets for marketing activities.

Campaign Coordination : Support cross‐functional collaboration to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with stakeholder expectations.

Reporting & Insights : Assist in monitoring campaign performance, gathering insights, and preparing updates.

Budget & Operations Support : Help track marketing budgets, purchase processes, and operational activities.

Stakeholder Management : Coordinate feedback and requirements from internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders.

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

Interest in digital marketing, performance marketing and app acquisition.

Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance insights.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Adaptable and positive approach to new challenges.

Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals or consumer behaviour.
