We're building the vet group of the future, and we're looking for a Weekend Veterinary Surgeon to help us bring it to life.
This is not a locum gig dressed up in a job title. It's a permanent, salaried role designed for vets who want stability, a proper team.
Job Requirements RCVS‐registered Veterinary Surgeon with solid first‐opinion experience.
A confident, empathetic communicator who can make clients feel calm, informed and respected.
Comfortable making clinical decisions independently while knowing when to pick up the phone.
Adaptable and happy working across different sites and teams, you can read the room and bring consistency wherever you're based.
Naturally collaborative, you lift the team up, especially on busy days.

Job Responsibilities Perform surgical operations and procedures with precision and care.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions in pets.
Provide compassionate and informative consultations to pet owners.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Build genuine relationships with members and their pets, and slot smoothly into each clinic's rhythm so the experience feels seamless to clients.
Communicate clearly: estimates, informed consent, treatment plans, follow‐up. Joy lives in the details.
