About the Role
My client is looking for an ambitious Consultant to run a fast moving and highly profitable warm temporaries desk. The branch is part of a network of agencies spanning the UK.
Responsibilities
Sales and business development to attract new business from clients and candidates alike
Resourcing and placement of candidates
Managing a workforce of 60 plus temporary workers
Posting vacancies on industry specific job boards and UK national job boards
Screening CVs and establishing suitability for vacancies
Maintaining client relationships through constant, effective communication
Creating and sending marketing materials to prospective clients
The right candidate will have had recruitment experience and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast paced, target driven and people focused sales role.
Qualifications
Educated to A-level standard
