Job Description
As an Associate Consultant, you'll step into a full‐cycle (360°) Recruitment role, giving you full ownership of your market and your success.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development – winning new clients and building your own portfolio

Negotiation – closing deals and maximizing value

Headhunting – identifying and engaging top talent

Market Expertise – becoming a specialist in your niche
