Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Site Content Manager and working closely with Content Producers and Site Content Execs to deliver content activation across the Mr Porter website.

Managing workload for weekly and daily builds and priorities.

Executing weekly content builds for the homepage, additional site content, landing pages, and services.

Supporting the development of training materials and best practices for the CMS for Content Producers and other teams such as Customer Content and Editorial.

Governance of site build for migration, supporting other team members including Customer Content and Editorial.

Owning web production builds, promotions, brand partnerships and campaigns, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

Working closely with the Site Content Manager to execute key campaigns, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Collaborating with the Site Content Manager to identify and develop new features and functionalities that enhance user experience and drive innovation in content presentation.

Working closely with App and Web product teams to initiate and oversee A/B testing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.

Collaborating with the Site Content Manager to engage in constructive discussions with the tech team, identifying and prioritizing development needs for new features and functionalities.

Implementing strategies and processes to enhance efficiency in content builds, focusing on streamlining workflows and reducing production timelines.

Developing and implementing strategies for targeting and segmenting content to different regions and customer groups, ensuring personalized and relevant experience for all users.

Skills And Abilities Required

Previous experience in a production or content role.

Exceptional organizational abilities to coordinate multiple projects concurrently.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring transparent communication of content plan changes across teams.

Adept at managing upwards and across, with the ability to advocate for deadline adjustments to protect team resources.
