Conduct discovery calls with prospective and existing clients to understand hiring needs.
Head-hunt and engage top candidates using creative sourcing and proactive outreach.
Craft compelling job adverts and social content that attracts elite talent.
Coordinate interview schedules, negotiate offers, and close placements.
