Production Operative Slicing - Corsham

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative Slicing to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Corsham. This role is essential to the production of high-quality hams, ensuring all products meet strict departmental KPIs.

Shift patterns:

• Working hours: 06:00 - 14:00
• Days: Monday to Friday or any 5 of 7 days including weekends
• 40 minutes of fully paid breaks

Pay rates:

• £13.00 hourly

Must-have requirements for Production Operative Slicing:

• Comfortable working with open (cooked) products, including pork
• Strong team player
• Excellent attention to detail
• Safety and quality conscious
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Continuous improvement approach

Desirable requirements for Production Operative Slicing:

• Previous production line experience is an advantage
• Level 2 Food Safety certification
• Alignment with core values including availability, humility, discipline, sincerity, simplicity, ownership, and determination
