What You'll Be Launching
Slingshot Aerospace is looking for a Capture and Proposals Manager to support the growth of our international business. This role plays a crucial part in meeting the demand from our customers for the capabilities and services we provide. As part of our International Growth team you will work closely with the rest of the company to ensure Slingshot consistently delivers the best response to our global customers. The work will be varied, dealing with rapid‐turn proposals and strategic longer‐term bids. You will have an impact on the success of our organization.
This position is well suited to someone who has worked in proposals or capture support for a few years and is now ready to take the next step and look for more authority and greater responsibility.

Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and coordination of proposals, RFP responses, RFIs, and related opportunity submissions for international customers
Manage proposal timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure high‐quality and compliant submissions and coordinate across the company on capture activities to align strategy, messaging, and win themes
Coordinate inputs from cross‐functional stakeholders
Ensure proposals clearly articulate the value of Slingshot's Space Operations Intelligence and Autonomy offerings
Maintain proposal documentation, templates, and knowledge repositories for all international captures
Identify opportunities to improve proposal processes and help strengthen Slingshot's international bid capability
Pre‐flight Checklist
Experience supporting or managing proposal development, bids, or capture activities
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written communication and document coordination skills
Experience working with cross‐functional teams to assemble proposal responses
Familiarity with responding to RFIs, RFPs, or similar procurement processes
Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams
Bonus Cargo
Experience supporting both quick‐turn proposals and complex strategic bids
Familiarity with government, defense, or public‐sector procurement
Experience working across international teams or regions
Exposure to aerospace, space, satellite data, defense, or advanced analytics industries
Experience with proposal management tools, CRM systems, or opportunity tracking platforms
