You will act as a key worker for a number residents and so building meaningful relationships with our residents and their families is crucial. You will participate in the formulation and maintenance ofIndividual electronic care plans and will have experience of this.Heres some other important things you need to know:You will undertake formal supervisions of junior staff and must have experience of thisYou must be alert at all times to our residents physical and mental well beingYoull need to understand and comply with all statutory and legal requirements that are relevant such as Health and Safety, COSHH, and all aspects of the care Standards Act.The Ideal CandidateExceptional people make an exceptional care homeWe're looking for people who have a caring nature and want to work as part of an amazing team, surrounded by kindness and fun!
