Job description
We are looking for a motivated Brand Ambassador / Supervisor to oversee a luxury womenswear concession within John Lewis Cheadle. This is a solo role, offering full ownership of the brand's presence in-store.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales performance
Build and maintain a loyal client base
Take full responsibility for the concession's daily operations
Ensure high standards of visual merchandising
Manage stock and support replenishment processes
Work closely with the host store team to enhance overall performance
Profile
Experience within premium or luxury retail
Strong commercial awareness and sales ability
Self-motivated and confident working independently
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Passionate about delivering a high-level customer experience
