What you'll actually be doing:

Finding and connecting with top talent in the Life Sciences space

Building relationships with companies that need to hire

Matching great people with great opportunities

Running the whole recruitment process (from first call to offer stage)

Hitting targets, making commission, and levelling up your career

Growing your own network and becoming a specialist in your market

What we're looking for:

You don't need sales experience — you just need drive (sales experience is a plus)

Confident, competitive, and not afraid of a challenge

Motivated by money and progression

Resilient (because high rewards come with high standards)

Good communicator who can build relationships quickly
