Female Support Worker Location: CheltenhamPay rate: £15.00 per hourHours: 36 hours (3x shifts per week)Shift patterns: 7.30 am- 19.30 pm, 19.30pm- 7.30 amPaid travel expenses: 25p per mile/ public transport (bus/train only)Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence due to nature of the role Were looking for highly confident, resilient Female Support Worker to support a lady in her own home in Cheltenham. She lives with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, FND and Gastroparesis. She enjoys visiting local coffee shops, exploring vintage finds, getting creative, and spending time in the garden.?

What Youll Do Provide warm, person-centred care and emotional support on 2:1 basisEncourage independence and wellbeing through daily routines and meaningful activitiesSupport with personal care, mobility, and health-related tasksPromote positive engagement and help manage behaviours that can be challengingKeep accurate records and work in line with care plans and CQC standards?
