We are currently recruiting for a Brand Ambassador on behalf of an exciting and fast-growing luxury brand for their concession within Harrods, London.
This is a unique opportunity to join a premium brand in one of the world's most iconic retail environments, delivering an engaging and personalised customer experience.
The Role As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand on the shop floor, delivering an elevated and memorable experience to every customer.
You will play a key role in driving brand awareness and sales performance, while creating strong connections with a diverse and international clientele.
Key Responsibilities Deliver an engaging, high-quality customer experience
Act as a true brand ambassador, bringing the brand story to life
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Maintain excellent standards of presentation and visual merchandising
Support with in-store activations and events
Ensure the concession reflects the brand at all times
The Candidate Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles
Passionate about luxury, fashion, or beauty
Confident, outgoing, and engaging personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-presented with a strong sense of brand image
Sales-driven and motivated by targets
