Locations and shifts

Work across Colchester (CO2, CO3, CO4) Flexible shift patterns including 07:00-14:30, 14:30-22:00, 09:00-17:00, and 09:00-16:00. Full or part-time hours available. Enhanced DBS required.

The role

  • Provide personalised 1:1 and 2:1 support for people with diverse needs including learning disabilities, autism, elderly care and complex health conditions
  • Support with personal care, daily activities and accessing the community
  • Work with non-verbal service users, using communication tools and approaches
  • Confident with manual handling tasks including wheelchair use and hoisting
  • Build meaningful relationships while developing professional care skills
