Job Duties of the Counterbalance Forklift Driver:

• Loading and unloading containers safely and efficiently.
• Operating a Counterbalance forklift truck.
• Working both inside and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Transporting goods between containers, yard, and warehouse locations.
• Accurately placing items into designated storage areas.
• Assisting with stock movement and organisation across the site.
• Carrying out daily pre-use checks on the forklift and reporting any faults.
• Ensuring all loads are secure, stable, and handled with care.
• Working to schedules and instructions to meet daily operational targets.
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail when handling goods.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures and site regulations.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.

Additional Information for the Counterbalance Forklift Driver:

• Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday.
• 22:00 - Finish
• Finish time between 06:00 - 09:00 due to nature of the role.
• Must hold a valid Counterbalance forklift licence
• Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate
• £14.86 Per Hour.
• Long term work available.
