Technical Customer Support
Location:Dummer,Basingstoke
Salary:£30,000-£32,000
Totriageandsupportcustomersreportingissues,toassistinensuringtheefficientworkingoftheinhouseServiceAssuranceteamwhiledeliveringexceptionalcustomerservicetoourclients.
Responsibilities:
- WorkingcollaborativelywiththeServiceManagertodesignandimplementeffectivereportingtoaccuratelyreflectteamperformance
- Attendinternalprojectmeetingswherenecessary
- Toensureweareregularlycommunicatingwithclientswhileexceedingtheirexpectations.
- Maintainingaprocessdrivenworkenvironment.
- Collatingandcommunicatingfaultinformationtoensurequickresolution
- Enablingcontinuationofserviceviautilisationofvalue-addproducts
- UnderstandingandresolvingfaultswithinSLA
- AccuratelytriagingallticketsandpassingtorelevantsupportteamforthosenotresolvedbyServiceAssurance
- Co-ordinationofinternalandexternalresource
- LiaisingwithGroupNetworksandothersurroundingsupportteamsonfaults/assurance
