Location: Forest Gate (home & community)Pay: £13.00 per hourHours: As per care package ( Part Time )

About the Role

Supporting an individual with Autism and behaviours that may challenge to access the community, develop social and communication skills, and stay active. They enjoy outdoor activities such as walks and park visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Support community access and activities
• Personal Care
• Encourage social interaction and communication
• Provide calm support during challenging behaviour
• Ensure safety and follow care plans
• Work closely with family and provide 2:1 support

Requirements

Essential:

• Autism experience
• Understanding of challenging behaviour
• Calm, patient, reliable
• Good communication skills
• Able to work 2:1

Desirable:

• Young people support
• PBS knowledge
