The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND

• Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and the wider support team
  
  
• Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
  
  
• Support engagement, confidence and behaviour in the classroom
