Overview
Locally owned by Debbie, qualified from Bristol in 2000, the practice offers an excellent general service since 2009. We serve over 6000 active small animal and exotic clients and are growing. The team consists of four vets (3.5 fte) with over 60 years of combined experience, as well as a practice manager (on‐site mental health first aider) and seven nurses, including a x‐ray specialist.

The role
Work is shared equally; veterinary skills are fully utilised and new ideas welcomed. The days include two 15‐minute breaks, a one‐hour lunch, and 15‐minute consults as standard. Regular team meetings occur about once a month. We seek a colleague with solid GP experience, a team player, excellent communication skills, and a passion for high‐quality veterinary care. The role is part‐time: one weekend in four, no out‐of‐hours, with flexible shift patterns.

The practice
A spacious practice with 3 consult rooms and an imaging room (digital X‐ray, ultrasound), theatre, and separate cat and dog wards. The office includes a kitchen space and a colleague room for breaks.
