Overview
Part‐time | Remote First | 2‐4 Days per month in person (Looe)
We're looking for a proactive, organized individual to help drive the engine of our sales activity: identifying opportunities, keeping momentum high, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
This is a hands‐on role focused on supporting lead generation, outreach and follow‐up, helping us stay consistent and build a strong pipeline.
What you'll focus on (core priorities)
Researching target companies and contacts
Keeping CRM (HubSpot) up to date and organized
Tracking follow‐ups and making sure nothing slips
Additional support (secondary)
This is supportive, not the core focus.
What this role is
Junior commercial support role, ideal for someone who:
Likes keeping things moving
Is comfortable with structured tasks and processes
Wants exposure to sales and marketing in a growing business
What we're looking for
Organised and proactive
Communicate clearly in writing
Comfortable using tools like HubSpot or willing to learn
Take pride in keeping things accurate and up to date
Take ownership of your work and enjoy being relied upon to keep things moving
CRM systems (especially HubSpot)
