Marketing Executive – Education Sector - Hybrid (Oxford) | Up to £35k + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Our client, a leading education organisation in Oxford with an inspiring and supportive culture, is hiring a Marketing Executive to work on high‐impact strategic projects that shape brand growth, digital content and student engagement. No marketing experience needed.
This role offers hands‐on experience across brand marketing, research, content creation, project management and strategic communications - perfect for someone ambitious, curious and ready to take ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
Project coordinatio - Lead day‐to‐day coordination of major brand and marketing initiatives
Research & insights - Support research projects with external agencies, managing data, reporting and analysis
Content & video production - Help deliver video and brand content with internal teams and creative partners
Project planning - Maintain timelines, trackers and progress updates
Stakeholder communication - Liaise confidently with senior leaders and external partners
Meeting support - Organise meetings, prepare agendas and track follow‐up actions
Information gathering - Collect interviews, testimonials and case studies for marketing outputs
General marketing suppor"t - Contribute to wider campaigns with high‐quality, consistent delivery
What You'll Bring
Degree‐level education or equivalent experience
Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high standards
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Proactive, motivated and solutions‐focused
Strong research and information‐gathering ability
Professional, polished and confident representing the organisation
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
