Overview We're currently recruiting a dedicated Customer Services Assistant (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.
As a Customer Services Assistant (Zero Hours), you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Responsibilities Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
Being knowledgeable about our service and helping customers with natural, engaging service
Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
Handling cash and operating the cash register
Complying with Health and Safety regulations
Qualifications / Requirements Have a passion for delivering outstanding service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers
Be an excellent team player with great communication skills
Have a desire to succeed in your role
Possess the ability to work under pressure
Demonstrate great timekeeping and reliability
