Children's Complex Care Assistant - Crawley At Superior Healthcare, we support children, young people, and adults with complex health needs to live safely and happily at home. We're now looking for a Children's Complex Care Assistant to support a young boy living in his family home in Crawley. If you're passionate about meaningful, one-to-one care and want a role where you can genuinely change lives, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role You'll provide one-to-one support, helping this young boy live well at home while ensuring his clinical needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:

• Seizure management
• Ventilation support
• Manual handling
• Administering medication
• Interact and play with client

What You Need

• Previous experience involving personal care

• A driving license is helpful but not essential
