  • Lead regular team meetings to communicate business updates, sales targets, and process changes, ensuring full buy-in and adoption.

Coaching, Support & Training

  • Play an integral role in the onboarding of new Sales Surveyors, setting them up for success from day one.

  • Design and coordinate regular, focused sales training packages that sharpen skills and drive performance.
  • Uphold and embed brand standards and operational best practices across the region.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for your field sales team, providing clear direction, support, and escalation management.

Performance Management & Development

  • Continuously innovate; developing new approaches, incentives, and sales techniques to keep your team motivated and results-focused.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading and developing a successful field sales team.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to read data, identify trends, and translate insight into action.
  • A natural coach; someone who can inspire, challenge, and develop individuals to consistently exceed their targets.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to embed cultural change and drive new ways of working across a team.
