2026 is shaping up to be a huge year for uCheck, and we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to help lead us through our next phase of growth.
As Sales Manager at uCheck, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales organisation. You’ll be primarily based at our Exeter office, leading and inspiring our B2B sales team, while regularly travelling to our Reading office to collaborate with colleagues, support cross-site initiatives, and strengthen relationships across the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants real influence. Regular travel between our Exeter and Reading offices will be an important part of the role, ensuring strong collaboration, consistent leadership, and a unified team culture.
This isn’t a role for bystanders – it’s for a driven, strategic leader ready to make a genuine impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing B2B sales team, identifying strengths and development areas to help individuals reach their full potential.
- Drive Performance: Use regular feedback, coaching, and KPI analysis to continuously raise standards and exceed targets.
- Champion Engagement: Create a positive, high-energy sales culture where people feel supported, challenged, and motivated to succeed.
- Lead with Insight: Use CRM data and sales metrics (Salesforce or similar) to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
- Innovate & Evolve: Contribute ideas and strategies that keep uCheck ahead in a rapidly evolving vetting and screening industry.
