Remote working - 1 day a week in the office & summer shutdown

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer to join a growing Building Services consultancy delivering projects across the Midlands, London and the South of England. Working within a highly experienced team of senior engineers, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion while enjoying one of the most flexible working environments in the sector.

The Role:

You'll lead the delivery of Electrical Building Services projects across a diverse portfolio including residential developments, schools, industrial facilities and private healthcare schemes. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll manage projects, attend client meetings and remain actively involved in design production using CAD and Revit. The business operates with a lean, highly experienced team, giving engineers genuine responsibility, autonomy and direct client exposure.

What We're Looking For:

• Electrical Building Services design experience

• Strong CAD and Revit capabilities

• Ability to run projects independently

• Experience attending client meetings and managing project delivery

• Senior or Principal level engineer who enjoys remaining hands-on technically
