Business Development Representative
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 + Commission

With clients spanning the UK and international markets, we're known for delivering innovative work that drives business growth and lasting impact.
As they continue to expand, we're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team.
The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients. You'll be responsible for identifying target organisations, initiating conversations with key decision-makers, and qualifying opportunities for our senior commercial team.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective clients across multiple sectors.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other prospecting methods.
- Engage with senior decision-makers and qualify potential opportunities.
- Book high-quality meetings for the commercial team.
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline using the CRM system.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Work closely with the marketing and leadership teams on outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual KPIs and sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.
Experience
- Previous experience in a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, Lead Generation, or outbound sales role is preferred.
- Experience within a creative, design, digital, branding, or marketing agency is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience using CRM platforms is desirable.
