Role Description

The Sales Admin Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in London, supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing orders, maintaining accurate sales and customer records, processing data entries, and preparing sales reports. The role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and orders. The Sales Admin Assistant will help organise sales documents, maintain CRM systems or spreadsheets, and support the preparation of presentations or sales materials. This position requires a proactive approach to administrative support and a strong focus on efficient, organised sales processes.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance skills, including organising files, managing schedules, and supporting daily office tasks.
  • Candidates should possess customer-focused skills such as Customer Service and clear Communication to handle inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
  • Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including basic understanding of sales processes and comfort supporting a commercial team.
  • Candidates should possess accurate Data Entry skills to maintain records, update systems, and generate reliable reports.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with office software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets), strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Experience in a sales support or administrative role, particularly within retail, gifting, or consumer products, is an advantage.
  • A collaborative working style, reliability, and enthusiasm for playful, creative products are highly valued.
