Italian Speaking National Account Manager – Amazon
Central London | Hybrid Working
Are you an experienced National Account Manager with fluent Italian language skills and a passion for managing major retail accounts?
We're partnering with a successful international retail manufacturing business to recruit an Italian Speaking National Account Manager to take ownership of one of their most strategic customers – Amazon. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation where you'll play a key role in driving sales, developing commercial strategies and building long-term partnerships.
The Role
As National Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the Amazon account across the Italian market, ensuring continued growth through strong commercial planning, relationship management and data-driven decision making.
Working closely with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Amazon account for the Italian market.
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Deliver sales growth through effective account planning and commercial strategy.
- Lead annual negotiations, promotional planning and joint business plans.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Forecast sales and manage budgets accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent execution of customer plans.
- Monitor competitor activity and recommend commercial initiatives to maintain market share.
About You
- Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken) - essential
- Proven experience managing national retail or e-commerce accounts.
- Previous experience working with Amazon is highly beneficial.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills.
- Confident analysing sales data and using insights to drive business decisions.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other commercial reporting tools.
