Lead Backend / Full Stack Engineer

Pearson Carter are currently working with a growing organisation who are looking to hire a Lead Backend/ Full Stack Engineer to lead one of their product squads.

They offer a base salary of £70,000 - £80,000

Responsibilities:

• Lead of 3 product squads internally
• Time split between coaching BE devs and steering backend architecture
• New development within a microservices architecture

Experience:

• C#
• .NET Core and Web API
• Microservices
• SQL and NoSQL
• Azure
• React
• AI - Claude

Salary

They offer an excellent salary: £70,000 - £80,000

Location

This client has an office in London however your will go to office once a month.
