Our client’s team is seeking an England & Wales qualified lawyer with between 2-3 PQE to join a highly regarded practice, advising on some of the most complex and innovative transactions in the market. You will become part of a collaborative and diverse team known for its supportive culture, high-quality work and commitment to professional development.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of sophisticated Tax matters, including:

• Complex cross-border M&A transactions
• Financial restructurings and corporate reorganisations
• Fund formation and secondaries
• Investment and carry structuring
• Management incentive arrangements
• Financing transactions
• Bespoke tax advisory and planning matters.

You will advise leading investment funds, private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, investment banks, asset managers and multinational businesses on high-profile transactions with significant international elements.
