A Senior PR and Influencer Manager opportunity where you’ll be at the centre of talent, culture and commercial impact for a luxury beauty brand.

The Role

You’ll own influencer and creator marketing from first conversation to final report, while shaping standout brand moments through events and campaign activations. This is hands-on, high-visibility work for someone who thrives on relationships, negotiation and results.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading influencer and creator strategy end to end, from identification through to performance tracking
• Negotiating and contracting directly with talent and agencies, securing commercially sound terms
• Managing seeding, paid partnerships and long-term collaborations that bring campaigns to life
• Building and growing a trusted roster of talent and agency relationships
• Reporting on campaign performance and feeding insight back into future briefs
• Planning and delivering standout brand events, from launches to press days and activations

Sound like you?

You bring proven experience running influencer programmes from the ground up, with confident, commercially sharp negotiation skills. You also have hands-on experience of of negotiating contracts with influencers and have built strong relationships with talent and agencies alike. You know how to turn those relationships into measurable results!

Ideally you’ll have experience in luxury beauty or a comparable premium sector, with sharp attention to detail and a natural flair for managing multiple priorities under pressure. Above all, you’re a charismatic connector who knows how to get the best out of every partnership.
