solutions, ensuring that deal teams can easily monitor progress, access critical information, and collaborate efficiently across offices.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership & Strategy

  • Act as the firm’s lead

    Monday.com

    expert and trusted advisor.
  • Define and manage the overall

    Monday.com

    product roadmap and governance framework.
  • Ensure the platform supports evolving business requirements across investment, operations, and support functions.
  • Drive adoption and best practices across global teams.

Dashboard Design & Reporting

  • Design and build executive dashboards that provide clear visibility of deal progress and portfolio activities.
  • Create intuitive board structures, views, columns, automations, and reporting frameworks.
  • Translate business requirements from investment professionals into scalable platform solutions.
  • Ensure senior stakeholders have access to accurate, real-time management information.

Workflow Automation

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement workflows that accelerate deal execution and reporting.
  • Optimise existing automations and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
  • Improve data quality, consistency, and usability across the platform.

Implementation & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead platform enhancements, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and platform challenges.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors where required.
  • Develop documentation, governance standards, and user training materials.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with senior partners, investment professionals, and operational teams.
  • Gather requirements, prioritise enhancements, and manage delivery.
  • Act as the bridge between business users and technical platform capabilities.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on platform design and usage.

Candidate Profile

Essential Experience

  • Significant experience implementing and managing

    Monday.com

    within a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of

    Monday.com

    architecture, workflows, automations, integrations, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience acting as a Product Manager, Product Consultant, Implementation Manager, or Enterprise Platform Lead.
  • Proven track record of designing scalable business processes and workflow solutions.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
  • Strong project delivery and change management capabilities.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within private equity, investment management, financial services, professional services, or other highly matrixed organisations.
  • Exposure to deal management, pipeline tracking, transaction workflows, or portfolio monitoring processes.
  • Understanding of enterprise-scale platform governance and cross-functional implementations.
