Up to £90,000 Package (£86,000 Base + 5% Bonus) + Great Benefits

Your Mission

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and evolving critical systems that power the business.

You will:

• Design and build greenfield solutions from scratch
• Develop AI-enabled, intelligent and autonomous systems
• ⚡ Deliver high-performance, scalable web applications
• Take ownership end-to-end across the full software lifecycle
• Solve challenges in distributed, high-volume environments
• Optimise systems for performance, resilience, and scalability
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and service teams
• Mentor and support developers, coaching and raising team standards
• Influence architecture, tooling, and technical direction
• Analyse user requirements and help define future system capabilities
• Contribute to continuous improvement, code quality, and delivery processes

What You Bring

• Proven experience delivering scalable, production-grade applications
• Strong full-stack engineering capability
• Expertise in React, C#, and ASP.NET web development
• Experience working across multiple environments and platforms
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and complex workloads
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading other engineers
• Interest or exposure to AI, automation, or intelligent systems
• A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation
