Banking & Finance Associate / Senior Associate – 2–7 PQE – Sydney

The Firm & Opportunity

A top-tier, full-service Australian law firm is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate or Senior Associate (2–7 years' PQE) to join their high-performing banking team in Sydney.

This well-regarded team advises major financial institutions, domestic and international lenders, and corporate borrowers on a broad range of complex finance matters, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance and cross-border lending transactions.

You will work closely with market-leading partners on sophisticated mandates in a fast-paced, active market. The firm offers competitive compensation, a strong national platform and excellent career progression prospects.

Key Requirements

• Australian-qualified or qualified in England & Wales / Singapore with a pathway to admission in Australia
• 2–7 years' post-qualification experience
• Solid experience in banking and finance, including leveraged, acquisition or real estate finance
• Prior experience at a top-tier Australian, Magic Circle or leading international firm highly regarded
