  • Senior Surveyor | Property Management
  • Location: Central London
  • Salary: Up to £60,000 inclusive of car allowance
  • Bonus: Typically 30%+, with top performers earning significantly more
  • Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)


Madison Berkeley has been instructed on an Senior Surveyor opportunity with one of the UK's leading commercial property management platforms.


Working within a highly regarded institutional team, the successful candidate will support the management of a portfolio of prime office and industrial assets across London and the Southeast on behalf of major fund and institutional investor clients.


This role offers significantly broader exposure than a traditional property management position, combining day to day portfolio management responsibilities with involvement in strategic asset initiatives, client reporting and performance analysis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of a portfolio of office and industrial assets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with occupiers, clients and contractors
  • Service charge management, budgeting and financial oversight
  • Supporting client reporting and portfolio performance analysis
  • Working alongside asset managers to drive asset performance and value creation
  • Assisting with lease events and wider landlord and tenant matters
  • Managing external consultants and service partners

Requirements

  • Experience within commercial property management
  • Understanding of landlord and tenant matters
  • Service charge and budgeting experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • MRICS qualification beneficial but not essential
