Knowledge Management Manager – Leading Law Firm

A leading law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Knowledge Management Manager to play a central role in shaping and delivering its knowledge strategy. The Role

• Lead the firm’s knowledge management strategy across key practice areas
• Collaborate with lawyers to capture, structure and share critical legal know how
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of precedents, templates and guidance materials
• Drive engagement with knowledge systems, tools and processes
• Identify and implement innovative solutions, including legal tech and automation
• Support training initiatives to embed best practice in knowledge usage
• Ensure knowledge resources remain current, accessible and aligned with client needs

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to embed KM into day-to-day workflows
• Manage and enhance intranet content, databases and knowledge platforms
• Improve accessibility, quality and consistency of knowledge assets
• Provide insights and materials to support business development and thought leadership
• Track usage and effectiveness of KM initiatives, making continuous improvements

About You

• Proven experience in a Knowledge Management role within a law firm or professional services environment
• Strong understanding of legal processes, documentation and client delivery
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Passion for innovation, technology and continuous improvement
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
