Position Position Title: Brand Ambassador/ Trainer
Location: Midlands, UK
Reporting to: Regional Sales Director, UK & Ireland
Position Summary This position will be responsible for supporting sales across the UK region. The Brand Ambassador/Trainer will be the face of our company and have an opportunity to deliver a world-class experience with every interaction with our partners. Their primary focus is supporting retail performance in their assigned territory to achieve sales targets via store visits, trainings, events and technical support when required. You will be responsible for improving sell-through programme of work to merchandising compliance and developing a continuous improvement programme of work to deliver improved retail performance for each store.

Key Responsibilities Provide onsite support to retail employees and distributor partners where needed
Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of our products and services, as well as the competitive landscape
Establish productive, professional relationships with all retail employees within your assigned territory
Improve retail employee's knowledge of all ZAGG products on an ongoing basis to support retail performance improvement at store level
Audit in-store merchandising compliance where needed
Confirm marketing initiatives
Stock management. Monitor product inventory levels to ensure products are well-stocked and readily available for customers
Schedule training with relevant store managers when required
Proactively source weekly retailer training opportunities at region, district and/or store levels to efficiently train all employees within your assigned territory
Completion and submission of store visit reports on a regular basis via a field management application
Work on own initiative to identify areas for potential process improvement
Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
Proactively work with ZAGG team members and contact centre to assist with troubleshooting of any issues relating to products
Identify and define corrective actions and follow up to resolve any issues
Be an effective link between Sales and other departments to help drive business forward
75% travel required
Perform additional duties as and when required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have 2+ years of relevant experience is essential
Highly energetic and self-starter
Sales and target driven
Technically competent, ideally having worked in an accessory sales environment previously
Effective troubleshooting skills: you demonstrate strong root cause analysis skills and can quickly identify problems and solutions
Must be well organized and detail-oriented
Work well in a collaborative troubleshooting environment, while at the same time you can also work autonomously to arrive at the right solution for our customers
Professional demeanour with excellent verbal & written communication skills and the ability to establish a professional, friendly and empathetic dialogue with customers
Clean driver's license is essential
